About Siddha Vaidyam
Siddha Vaidyam, or Siddha medicine, is one of the oldest traditional systems of healing originating in South India, with roots tracing back to the ancient Dravidian civilization and possibly the Indus Valley Civilization around 10,000 BCE. The term “Siddha” derives from “siddhi,” meaning attainment of perfection, reflecting the system’s holistic approach to health as a perfect balance of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being.
